Voted Best Shoe Shop in Canmore in the 2024 Best of the Bow! Kumpfy Shoes & Repair began as a hobby with Karel resoling rock climbing shoes in a shed behind our house. When folks began asking about other repair services, we realized that the Bow Valley hadn't had a cobbler for at least two decades. We officially opened our shop in April 2016 and now offer full shoe repair and seamstress services. As well, we carry some pretty cool shoes and boots. Footwear that not only looks and feels good, but can be repaired as well.

We get a kick out of learning and figuring out how to fix your favourite pair of shoes, boots, gear and clothing. Helping to keep things out of the landfill is pretty awesome too.
